... winner of the Metropolitan Opera National Council Grand Finals Concert, Ms. meade is one of the most promising young talents on the opera scene today. With a voice hailed as "limpid and pure with the ability to hold audiences breathless," she also took first place in both the opera and operetta divisions of the prestigious International Hans Gabor Belvedere Competition, the first singer in the competition history to win first place in both categories.
